Requirements for Operation
Boardgent uses LDAP or LDAPS (LDAP secure) protocol to interact with Active Directory.
If your network uses LDAP it will use TCP 389.
If your network uses LDAPS it will use TCP 636.
Tip: These are the default ports of Active Directory. If you are working in a domain environment, typically they are opened so you wont need to open them manually.
Requirements for Auto Updates
In order to use the auto update features your devices need to have access to the boardgent.com domain and its subdomains :
*.boardgent.com
Using HTTPS: TCP 443
This configuration is typically done in the Proxy or Firewall of your corporate network.
