Due to technical limitations, you need to manually configure a password in the BIOS of HP devices before Boardgent can manage it. This procedure is required only one time. After the first time, Boardgent will centrally change the BIOS password for you.
This procedure can have changes between each model of HP.
Step 1
Enter to the BIOS, then go to Security and go to Set Administrator Password
Step 2
On HP stations enter the BIOS and go to Security
Step 3
Go to the Setup Password option and set a password, then accept the changes with F10
Step 4
Go to File and save the changes with the using: Save Changes and Exit

After this procedure, you can see your system is protected with the established password
