The Boardgent agent is strongly equipped to support all kinds of actions that you require for your devices, that is why it is important to differentiate the following Boardgent states:

Unknown:

This state will be found when the current state of the Boardgent Agent is unknown.

Offline:

This state occurs in the event that the Boardgent agent is off on the device, or the device has been disconnected.

Connecting:

In the case that this status appears, it means that the Boardgent agent is connecting to the device.

On-line:

This state occurs in the event that the Boardgent agent is active on the device.
