Sometimes, in unstable/slow networks, AMT disconnects and can stay disconnected for several minutes. This behavior is not specifically for Boardgent, but something that can happen with all AMT deployments. (To learn how to execute actions, go to the following link).

You can use this action to force the Intel® AMT system's reconnection to the Boardgent Cloud.

We hope you never need to run this action manually. That's the Boardgent Agent force the AMT connection automatically every hour.
