In Boardgent there are many types of roles, we find the basic roles such as Admin and/or Owner that at a glance we know that they are the ones that have the freedom to configure what is required, but there are also more complex roles in Boardgent which we will explain together with Admin and Owner.

Owner: It is the main role of the company, it is the creator of the management space in the cloud of its computers in Boardgent, it has the freedom to configure the company's data, and its billing (there can only be one role of this type in the company, this role can also assign roles and change them to users linked to your company).

Admin: He has the same privileges as the Owner, and has the freedom to modify whatever he wants in the company as the Owner does (There can be more than one role of this type in the company, this role can change the roles of the company members).

Note: To update the roles of the users you must go to Company > Boardgent Users and with just one click you can update the roles of your users when you have an Owner or an Admin role.

Full member: This role has access to all the reports and can execute actions in all the computers, it cannot modify the company data, nor its billing, (there can be more than one role of this type, this role cannot change the roles of other users).

Support member: This role has all the restrictions of the Full Member role, and it cannot execute actions that make changes in the computers, only can execute actions that allow it to obtain information and support a remote computer, (there can be more than one role of this type, this role cannot change the roles of other users).

Reports viewer: This role only can access the general views of the company, it cannot execute actions or see the details of a device, (there can be more than one role of this type, this role cannot change the roles of other users).
